This self-assessment form is based on the Programme Accountability Framework (PAF) of World Vision.  The self-assessment can be used to identify areas of strength and to prioritize programme capacity building needs in accountability using the PAF.  With this knowledge, National Offices or programmes can better plan how they can improve accountability in their field programmes.
