This document outlines the methodologies Plan Philippines undertook to ensure that AAP within Yolanda response is innovative, impactful, and is a best practice across agencies within the Yolanda response and within the global Plan family. It provides an overview of several community feedback mechanisms, along with ways to close the feedback loop, including information on how to tackle PSEA.
