During April 2016, the Iraq Internally Displaced Persons Information Centre (Iraq IIC) handled a record 3,161 calls, pushing the total number of calls since the Iraq IIC’s launch past 16,000. By the end of the month, 99.5% of cases were classified as closed.
The top four requests during this reporting period involved cash (31%), food (22%), information on government services (20%), and health (7%).
