A Global Survey on Feedback and Complaints Mechanisms was sent to all IOM’s missions worldwide in 2016. A total of 230 responses were received from 140 missions, with various missions completing the survey multiple times to provide detailed information on feedback mechanisms they are operating within different projects. Responses were received from across all regions where IOM is represented.
